Özlen states that they started a new search after a short time due to the high operational workload and the lack of scalability. We built an online production line, and thanks to this line, we divided the content production into sections and ensured that each section was made by another person. At the moment we are still moving forward with ClickUp’s solutions. In the near future, it is not just an operation; We will launch a new platform where we will automate part of our content process.

The most important feature that makes us different from our competitors in the sector is that we have built a digital production line and have a structure that has connected it to an automation. We first understand the needs of brands and develop a strategy accordingly. We create a suitable team for them and ensure that they continue with the same team in the long run. In this way, we continue the production process at an uninterrupted speed. In addition, considering the satisfaction of the brands we work with, we develop solutions that will spend their time and effort at a minimum level. This is our favorite part of those who prefer us.

What is your income model and commission rates?

The venture generally proceeds with a monthly subscription model and makes long-term agreements such as 6-12 months. In addition, the company also does project-based work such as one-off web copy writing. The share of content producers in this process varies between 20 and 50 percent. OppZone also plans to implement a commission-based revenue model with the marketplace it will launch in the third quarter.

OppZone’s future plans

Odin Enes Özlen shares the future plans of the initiative with the following sentences:

We plan to expand to Europe in the second quarter of 2022. We will launch this first in the UK due to the competitive advantage and the developed startup ecosystem. We will also provide services in German and Spanish. In the third quarter, we will launch a marketplace. We will bring freelancers and employers together in this marketplace.

We will also transfer our current process management experience completely here. Thus, we will eliminate the inefficiency and poor quality of existing market places. In the near future, we aim to manage all marketing areas of brands from A to Z, 360 degrees.
