Infrastructure of the enterprise
Özlen, the founder of the initiative, states that the company started to serve in an agency format in the first place. He states that he managed his business processes with classical project management tools at that time. Özlen states that they started a new search after a short time due to the high operational workload and the lack of scalability. Searching for alternative solutions Click He states that they met with and transferred 80 percent of their operational work to automation:
We built an online production line, and thanks to this line, we divided the content production into sections and ensured that each section was made by another person. This has enabled us to deliver high-quality content from a single source for a long time, just like on physical production lines. By adding automations between these departments, we accelerated our processes up to 4 times.
At the moment we are still moving forward with ClickUp’s solutions. In the near future, it is not just an operation; We will launch a new platform where we will automate part of our content process.
Sharing that they are currently working with more than 20 brands on a regular basis, Özlen states that they have a growth of more than 10 percent on a monthly basis. It should be noted that the number of blogs that the initiative has produced for brands in the last 1 year is over a thousand. OppZone produces content in Turkish and English in this area.
When we look at the content marketing solutions of the startup, it has many competitors in different verticals. These competitors include Verblio, Writer Access, Contentfly and Pepper Content. Odine Enes Özlen expresses the difference of OppZone from its competitors with the following sentences:
The most important feature that makes us different from our competitors in the sector is that we have built a digital production line and have a structure that has connected it to an automation. We first understand the needs of brands and develop a strategy accordingly. We create a suitable team for them and ensure that they continue with the same team in the long run. In this way, we continue the production process at an uninterrupted speed. In addition, considering the satisfaction of the brands we work with, we develop solutions that will spend their time and effort at a minimum level. This is our favorite part of those who prefer us.
What is your income model and commission rates?

We plan to expand to Europe in the second quarter of 2022. We will launch this first in the UK due to the competitive advantage and the developed startup ecosystem. We will also provide services in German and Spanish. In the third quarter, we will launch a marketplace. We will bring freelancers and employers together in this marketplace.
We will also transfer our current process management experience completely here. Thus, we will eliminate the inefficiency and poor quality of existing market places. In the near future, we aim to manage all marketing areas of brands from A to Z, 360 degrees.
